Preaching is VERY hard work and exhausting and many don’t know the struggle the preacher experiences of what to add and what to exclude. The main problem I have is when there doesn’t seem to be any logic and have difficulty in following the points or the poor person is unable to “land the plane” and just seems to ramble on and wreck the points already made. Preachers do need loving feedback and those closest to them have the privilege of doing it.
