Preaching is VERY hard work and exhausting and many don&#039;t know the struggle the preacher experiences of what to add and what to exclude.  The main problem I have is when there doesn&#039;t seem to be any logic and have difficulty in following the points or the poor person is unable to &quot;land the plane&quot; and just seems to ramble on and wreck the points already made.  Preachers do need loving feedback and those closest to them have the privilege of doing it.]]></description>
